Henrico Grobbelaar, Sunday Times 2009 chef of the year and 2010 FIFA World Cup executive chef, says: "I drink rooibos and love cooking with it too. We used rooibos in the preparation of the starter and the main course for the 2009 Culinary World Cup Competition in Luxembourg and I have put rooibos syrup-soaked koeksisters on my FIFA World Cup final match menu.
